KLMN is a Belgrade-based architecture collective working across Serbia and the wider Balkan region, collaborating internationally on concept and schematic design projects.

We lead the early stages of every project: spatial analysis, feasibility, strategy and concept. On small and medium-sized projects, we carry the design through to the building permit and construction documentation. We structure complexity into clear options that give investors a sharper vision and more confident decisions.

We operate as a compact, agile team that combines architectural and urban thinking with digital tools, rapid iteration, and performance testing.

We believe trust is built through transparency, precision, and clear communication, not through the size of the studio.

Partners

KLMN is founded and led by four partners.

Konstantin, Lena, Marko, and Nađa form the collective's four directions: design, interiors, technology, and project development. What unites them is a shared conviction that architectural precision and creative vision are not opposing forces, but the same pursuit.

That conviction rests on a broad range of experience. Together, the partners' work spans international competitions in Scandinavia, education and practice in Belgrade, Milan, Copenhagen, and Delft, and completed projects across Serbia and the region: from institutional buildings, commercial and banking centres, and large mixed-use complexes to private residences and high-end interiors. The team's experience reaches from robotics, material science, and prefabrication on the technical side to spatial narrative and refined materiality on the design side.

Konstantin

Design

Konstantin is an architect, and partner at KLMN focused on bridging the gap between bold conceptual vision and technical precision. His professional background spans from award winning international competitions in the Scandinavian market to leading large-scale schematic designs in Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro, providing him with a versatile perspective on complex joint ventures and diverse markets.

Lena

Interior

Lena is an architect and partner at KLMN focused on bridging the gap between spatial functionality and a refined aesthetic identity. Her professional background, shaped by the design cultures of Belgrade and Milan, spans from complex institutional environments and banking centers to large-scale apartment complexes and private residences. This range provides her with a versatile perspective on navigating the distinct requirements of both corporate commercial projects and high-end residential interiors.

Technology

Marko is an architect and partner at KLMN focused on the intersection of architectural innovation and advanced technical research. His professional background, rooted in studies in Belgrade and Delft alongside experience in the Netherlands, ranges from robotics and material science to prefabricated architecture. This expertise allows him to lead the firm’s development of cutting-edge building systems and high-performance fabrication methods.

Nađa

Design Development

Nađa is an architect and partner at KLMN focused on the seamless integration of conceptual design and technical execution. With an MSc from Politecnico di Milano and experience leading large-scale mixed-use developments in Belgrade and across Europe, she brings a refined academic and professional rigor to complex projects. Her approach is driven by the conviction that architectural precision and creative vision are fundamentally the same pursuit.
