The architecture prioritizes transparency and immersion, utilizing expansive glass panels that dissolve the boundaries between the refined interior and the wild landscape. Massive floor-to-ceiling glazing invites the shifting light of the Danish meadows into the dining hall, while a prominent white chimney serves as a grounding vertical element against the horizontal expanse.

Inside, the exposed timber rafters and minimalist aesthetic foster an atmosphere of tectonic honesty, ensuring that the culinary experience is inextricably linked to the site’s topography and seasonal rhythms.
