Concept Design
The layout is made in several steps. First, the routes of primary circulations were established so that the future settlement is deeply integrated into the natural context of the forest and lagoon. And then, that initial network was branched out by forming access paths to smaller clusters of housing units. In this way, a network was obtained, a complex system of paths, residential clusters, private, semi-private, public spaces, and dense natural environments.
